The Parker Residence is an original 1961 post and beam built in the South Shores neighborhood of San Pedro. The home endured renovation after renovation over the years including artificial marble tile and laminate wood flooring, drop ceilings and vinyl sliding doors. Our client was able to see the potential in the bones and the beauty in the incredible ocean views from every room. We are currently in the demo | build stage and can’t wait to share our progress over the next few months.
